Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. To begin a return, email support@nontoxtea.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:
– Shipping costs are non-refundable
– We do not accept returns on opened tea packs or used accessories (for health and safety reasons)
– Final sale items are not eligible for return
